The story of jpvisuals
JP Visuals started during the first lockdown in 2020, when my mum told me to look outside our flat and take a photo of the sunset. That simple moment set off a chain reaction — I found myself going out for spontaneous walks, taking random shots of nature, streets, and everyday life.
About a year later, I bought my first camera, a Canon M50, and that’s when things really began to take shape. My portfolio grew, I got my first booking, and I met a lot of amazing people and fellow creatives along the way. Back then, I went by JP17Photography — JP for my initials and 17 for my birth date.
These days, I work under the name JP Visuals, focusing on building my craft and connecting with different people through every shoot. I love meeting new faces and capturing moments that mean something.
My approach
My approach to photography is adaptive, and versatility describes me best. I love exploring different ideas and techniques to create the best possible image. To me, photography is art, and every final shot comes together through a process that starts with client meetings to shape ideas and vision, using my technical setup to capture crisp visuals, and finishing with detailed edits that complete the final product.
